I reviewed tiinker way back in November 2007, and today it was announced that the site is open to the public. Visitors can now check out the site without having to create an account or get a beta invite. According to the site’s blog, that is the biggest change. They’ve also widened their range of news sources and added an option to have top stories emailed to you daily. PCMag’s AppScout also reviewed the site last year.
