Three Texans have filed a class action lawsuit against Microsoft over the outages experienced with Xbox Live during the holidays. They allege that Microsoft knew that the holidays would lead to increased activity, yet they failed to provide adequate access to subscribers during that time. Xbox Live customers were given a free game as compensation for this outage. Apparently that wasn’t enough for these guys.
