When FCC Chairman Kevin Martin announced at CES that they would look in to Comcast’s alleged data discrimination, Congress decided that it would investigate the FCC. The House Energy and Commerce Committee formally announced the investigation on Tuesday. They are interested in determining if FCC operations are “being conducted in a far, open, efficient and transparent manner.”
